FULL MANAGED SERVICE

10% + VAT of monthly rental figure deducted monthly from the rent received

Plus Initial set up fee of £270.00

LET & RENT PROCESS SERVICE

5% + VAT of the rent received per month deducted monthly.

Plus initial set up fee of £270.00

TENANT FIND SERVICE

Three weeks rent + VAT which will be deducted from the 1st month’s rent received upon move in (Minimum fee of £250.00)

Plus Tenancy Agreement fee of £144.00

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

bullet pointRent Guarantee (Subject to approved references) = 2.5% + VAT of the monthly rent. Example: based on £700 rent = £21.00 per month

bullet pointTenancy Renewals - £144.00 per renewal. Equally divided between tenants and landlord being £72.00
