  January proved a buoyant month and we arranged a number of sales, an abundance of viewings, received many new instructions and numerous valuations were booked in.

Now we are into the New Year, we feel that there is better political stability and this will improve the confidence amongst sellers and buyer who have waited before committing themselves to the market.  This, together with low and flexible mortgage terms and deposit options can only support the market further.

These are very positive signs and overall we feel that there is a much brighter outlook for the property market for 2020 with good demand for houses, especially in our lovely home of Tenterden and the surrounding towns and villages.
