This in our opinion is an ideal family home. Not just because of the plentiful space both inside and out but also the location. Firstly its proximity to local schooling, play parks and the local shops is not only convenient but it also has a bus stop at the end of the private road and a pub around the corner, what more could you want or need? Seriously though, this location does seem to have it all which is one of the reasons it is so popular.
The house internally offers space a plenty both upstairs and down. Th lounge has double doors to the dining room meaning you can have it separate or open plan depending on the occasion. The kitchen is modern and fitted with plenty of work surfaces, cupboard space and integrated appliances. On a more practical note it also has a utility room and a cloakroom, modern day essentials!
Upstairs the bedrooms are all a good size in our opinion with the master suite not only huge but boasting stacks of wardrobe space and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom also has an ensuite shower room which is handy.
Outside the corner plot means you not only have loads of space to park but also room for the kids to run around or have that trampoline they have always wanted. it even has a tree house! For those among you that are green fingered and handy in the garden the side section is ideal as a veggie patch and has space for a greenhouse. The back garden is southerly facing and as such is a great place to relax and unwind in the summer months and more.
